Terms and conditions

PURPOSE
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the conditions under which the guarantee offered by Minea applies, as part of its e-commerce coaching program.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

2.1 Advertising budget
The guarantee is reserved for students who have a budget of at least 100 euros per product tested to invest in advertising.

2.2 Number of Testings
The guarantee applies to students who have completed a minimum of 2 product testings per week on average. The first week does not count as a week of introduction and training. Students must therefore have tested 22 products to qualify for a refund. (2 testings per week for 3 months)

2.3 Start of testing
The 90-day period begins on the day the student joins the program. They have 1 week to train with their coach and the resources at their disposal, then they must complete 2 testings per week.

2.4 Sharing Rights
All tests must be conducted on sites that have been shared with the Minea team. A preview of the ad manager for each product is mandatory, enabling the student to receive guidance in their strategy and based on their results. The guarantee only covers products that have been validated with Minea and stores shared with Minea at the time of their launch.

ADVERTISING BODIES
3.1 Independence of Advertising Agencies
The advertising agencies of Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and Snapchat operate independently from Minea. Therefore, Minea is not responsible for any blockages by the concerned advertising network.

3.2 Responsibility in the event of blocking
In the event of a blockage by any of the advertising agencies, it is the student's responsibility to find a solution. If no solution is found, the $1000 per day guarantee becomes null and void. 

DETAILS OF THE GUARANTEE
4.1 Guarantee Content
The guarantee entails ensuring sales of $1,000 in a single day through one of the following advertising networks: Facebook ads or TikTok ads.

4.2 Conditions for Guarantee Application
If a student, having adhered to the coaching plan, training, and assignments without any lapses for at least three (3) months, fails to achieve the promised result, he/she will be entitled to a full refund.

CLAIM AND REIMBURSEMENT
5.1 Claim Process
To file a claim under the guarantee, the student must contact Minea in writing, detail the problem encountered, and provide any necessary evidence of having met the conditions outlined in this contract.

5.2 Refund
If the student's claim is approved by Minea, a full refund will be issued within thirty (30) days of the claim's validation.

ACCEPTANCE
By participating in Minea's coaching program, the student acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
